Order Return Policy:

Live Animals :

All live animal sales are final and I have a zero return policy once shipped. However, I do offer a Live Arrival Guarantee that applies only to the animal once it arrives at the destination.

Dry Goods and Supplies :

The dry goods and supplies return policy is good for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have past since the purchase, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. The product MUST be unopened in original packaging (if applicable), unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. 

Used products cannot be accepted as a return. Since the item is no longer new, it cannot be resold. 

Once I receive the package, I will credit you for the price you paid for the product. I do NOT cover the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on Items sold as used, reconditioned, or Clearance Items.

Refunds :

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be given a refund to your original payment method. 

*This can take a few business days as your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
