I strive to have every single package show up with every isopod in 100% condition. However, things can happen during shipping that are out of my control, it’s rare but can happen. So…  to make sure these sorts of things get taken care of. I supply a Live Arrival Guarantee. 

***In order to receive replacement or refund in the event of dead animals, I require packages to be held at a hub for pickup) and picked up within 24 hours. Lastly, the customer must contact me within 1 hour after pickup with photos of the package as well as the dead animals, if loss does occur. 🙁

Easy steps: 

1. Delivery to UPS hub (During checkout select send to different address and put in UPS hub location with HOLD FOR PICKUP under notes.

2. Pickup within 24 hours after delivery

3. Contact within 1 hour after pickup with Photos (box, dead animals)

*** If you choose to have any Live Animals sent directly to your home or business instead of a hub for pickup this Voids the Live Arrival Guarantee. However… Every live animal package is always shipped using 2-day shipping, with a foam insulated box, a phase 22 pack, and heat/cool packs. (as needed)
